Mod/Admin App.

i would love to become a mod/admin i have been a coder before if you need one of those. i think i would be a great help to he server. im always on im very trustworthy and very honest. i have a certain system i go by if someone breaks a rule they get a warning, then a second offence they are jailed for a while, then if it happens again they are muted if they create new account and do it on the new account they are then ip-banned.
